The 21,000 square foot Forney Building on the UNC-G campus is a prominent historic structure dating back to 1905. The exterior and interior required extensive renovation in order to house its new user group, Information Technology Services. Classic materials and a subtle color palette bring the inside and outside into harmony. Hayden Design selected all interior finishes and provided plans and specifications for new open office furniture and a plan for adaptive reuse of existing furniture.
