We all enjoyed hearing Author and Journalist (and Linda Thorup’s friend!), Lee Woodruff speak at Guilford College recently. Lee was inspiring and engaging as she discussed her most recent book, Those We Love Most. Lee also talked about her career, balancing family and professional responsibilites, her husband Bob’s severe injury and recovery from a roadside bomb while covering the war in Iraq and she provided great advice to Guilford College writing students in the audience.
