The Tharpe Company, an awards program group, expanded their operations into this handsome 20,000 square foot office and 40,000 square foot warehouse and manufacturing facility. CJMW architects were responsible for the building design, and Hayden Design Associates, Inc. provided all interior finishes, custom millwork design, interior detailing, and design for their large customer showroom, offices, and manufacturing.

The earthy brick exterior is wrapped with a dramatic flowing water structure and stately columns. The Tharpe Co. logo and signage was created in bas-relief from a large brick substrate to greet visitors at this new corporate headquarters. The lobby reflects a traditional and progressive ambiance. Multiple lighting sources yield warmth and contrast to this area.
