When Sealy, Inc. decided to relocate its corporate headquarters from Cleveland, Ohio to Trinity, North Carolina, Hayden Design Associates, Inc. was contracted to provide interior design services. The new Sealy campus consists of two office buildings of approximately 87,900 square feet, showrooms for the Sealy, Sterns, and Foster bedding lines, and a manufacturing facility.

The CEO/President Ron Jones wanted this corporate facility to take on a high-end residential atmosphere. A light, airy one tone color concept dominates all the interiors. The large atrium/lobby also functions as team meeting spaces accented by numerous colorful pieces of art.

The open office spaces utilize light natural wood tones, stepped panel heights, and glazed panels to perpetuate the light, airy motif. Designers Linda Thorup and Shannon Collins have received numerous accolades for their focused, diligent efforts at accomplishing renovation work, furniture refurbishing, new furniture specifications, and move management.
